 Law Office of Felicia Lebewohl Rosen

Felicia Lebewohl Rosen is an attorney practicing special education law.  She vigorously, passionately and with sensitivity represents families of children with disabilities, assuring that their legal rights are protected in the school system.  In addition, she is a certified school psychologist.  As a psychologist, she provided for the emotional and social needs of students, conducted and interpreted psychological and educational testing, and collaborated with parents, teachers and service providers.

Felicia earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Brandeis University, Juris Doctor cum laud from New England School of Law, and Master of Education degree in School Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College.  She was a Case and Note Editor of and published in the Law Review for the New England School of Law.

Felicia understands the process of advocating for students, not just based on her training as an attorney and school psychologist, but also based on her personal experiences as a proud mother of two sons with ADHD on the autism spectrum. She serves on the advisory board for a not-for-profit that seeks to meet children’s literacy needs. She has also served on the board of trustees of a school for students with disabilities.  In addition, she is an active volunteer in many local organizations.

Felicia is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, Westchester Women’s Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the Council of Parents Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA).  She serves on the Special Education Law Committees of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.  She also serves on the Disabilities Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.  Felicia is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
